Small avalanche danger above the slash line
There is little avalanche danger above the forest and slash line. Wind has only sporadically created small snow pillows and slabs. Avalanche danger is sporadic concentrated to locations where larger amounts of snow are blown on grassy or smooth rock.
Snowpack
Mostly dry snow with no base is unevenly distributed by the wind. The highest snowfall was on the windward sides of the Low Tatras and Veľká Fatra.
